In May 2011 the Director-General of Health requested SARRAH support for the communications activities of the Office of Health Standards Compliance.
Meropa Communications were contracted to assist in the establishment of the Stakeholder Management and Communications Unit in the OHSC. A communications strategy and implementation plan were developed along with essential communications materials. These included booklets and posters that will be used to educate health workers and service users across the country about the National Core Standards.
